Nadiya Khish joined BU Lawyers in 2026 and practises in commercial and civil litigation matters.
Nadiya completed her Bachelor of Laws in the Netherlands before obtaining a Master of Commercial Law from Monash University. She was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in December 2019 and has practised in both South Australia and Victoria.
Nadiya has experience across a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters and has a particular interest in:
- Building and construction litigation;
- Commercial disputes and contract matters;
- Owners corporation disputes;
- Property related matters; and
- Civil litigation and dispute resolution.
Drawing on her experience across multiple jurisdictions, Nadiya provides practical and commercially focused advice tailored to her clients' objectives. She is committed to assisting clients through complex legal disputes and achieving efficient, effective outcomes.
Outside of work, Nadiya enjoys spending time with family, hiking and baking when possible.
