
Bree joined the team at BU lawyers after starting her legal career in family law.
Since joining BU Lawyers, Bree's focus has been strategic asset protection, estate planning, and commercial disputes.
Her areas of interest include:
- Wills & Estate Planning: Providing comprehensive advice and drafting tailored Wills, Testamentary Trusts and Powers of Attorney to protect clients' assets and provide for their loved ones.
- Strategic Asset Protection: Advising on strategies to help individuals safeguard their assets particularly those in high-risk professions.
- Shareholder Disputes: Acting in commercial disputes, with a particular interest in shareholder oppression proceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Bree is passionate about helping clients navigate often complex and sensitive legal matters. She takes the time to listen and ensures her clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make informed decisions.
Outside of the office, Bree is a passionate Collingwood supporter and enjoys staying active and spending time with her family and friends.
