Amilio is a Juris Doctor graduate from Monash University with experience across a range of legal practice areas, including personal injury, property law, administrative law, family law and wills and estates. He has developed a strong foundation through work in both community legal services and general legal practice, gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of legal issues and client circumstances, including matters involving vulnerable individuals.
Amilio’s experience includes assisting in mediation proceedings and supporting practitioners in litigation matters before the Federal Court of Australia and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria. His work has involved legal research, drafting assistance, preparation of court documents, and client liaison across various stages of dispute resolution and litigation.
